Request is to allow each attributes of PW to be assign a value and use those value to calculate a progress in percentage.
If this could be reflect as a base KPI under insight
This could take the form of one number to which a decompose tree will be associate to allow drilling down how the global percentage is being calculate.
Exemple project 80% when decompose ENG = 20 and construction 60% etc.....
